DMCA / ABUSE POLICY

This DMCA / Abuse Policy describes how Revion Solutions, Inc. (“Revion,” “Revion.com,” “we,” or “us”) responds to notices of copyright infringement, abuse complaints, and misuse of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

1. Copyright and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Revion respects intellectual property rights and expects our customers to do the same. Revion may remove or disable access to material believed to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringing accounts.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material accessible through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a proper DMCA takedown notice containing the following:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and location

  • a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

  • a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act

  • physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized agent

Revion may provide the notice to the affected customer or content provider.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by the DMCA. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Revion may restore the material unless the copyright claimant seeks a court order.

4. Abuse Reporting
You may submit complaints or reports describing misuse of the Services, including:

  • network abuse or malicious activity

  • phishing or malware

  • account compromise or unauthorized access

  • spam or unsolicited email originating from Revion Services

  • hosting of illegal content or prohibited activity

Revion may investigate abuse complaints and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services when misuse is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of Services:

  • distribution of malware, malicious scripts, or harmful software

  • denial-of-service attacks or attempts to interfere with service availability

  • hosting or distributing illegal content

  • operation of phishing campaigns, fraud, or deceptive practices

  • unsolicited commercial email (“spam”), including indirectly referencing Revion-hosted content

  • activity that threatens the security or stability of Revion systems or other internet users

Revion is the sole arbiter of what constitutes abuse.

6. Investigation and Enforcement
Revion reserves the right to:

  • review logs and security telemetry as necessary to investigate complaints

  • suspend, restrict, or terminate Services without prior notice if abuse is detected

  • cooperate with law enforcement and comply with lawful requests

  • refuse reinstatement of accounts found to be engaging in repeated or serious abuse

7. No Obligation to Monitor
Revion does not monitor hosted content and does not assume responsibility for Customer Content. Revion may, however, take action when notified of violations or when abuse threatens network integrity.

All DMCA notices, counter-notices, and abuse complaints must be submitted through the contact page at:

Revion may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of reporters.

9. Changes to This Policy
Revion may update this policy as needed. Updated versions will be posted to this page and will take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.
