PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Revion Solutions, Inc. (“Revion,” “Revion.com,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our hosting, cloud, and support services, websites, and related operations (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information in several ways. Information you provide directly includes account contact information, billing details, support correspondence, and configuration data. We may also collect automatically generated data such as IP address, usage logs, device identifiers, browser information, system telemetry, and metadata. We maintain operational and security logging for authentication, administrative actions, and access events. Information may also be collected when you use third-party integrations, monitoring tools, or analytics connected to the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 16.
1a. Minors/Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Services; process payments and administer accounts; troubleshoot issues and improve performance; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; communicate with users; comply with legal obligations; and enforce agreements. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services; work with authorized subprocessors; comply with applicable law, subpoenas, or court orders; investigate and prevent security incidents; or enforce our Terms of Service or legal rights. We do not share personal information with advertisers. A list of subprocessors is maintained separately and updated periodically.
4. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, satisfy legal or audit requirements, maintain business records, or enforce agreements. Subject to applicable laws, users may request deletion or export of personal information.
5. Data Security
Revion implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate for the Services, including authentication controls, encryption where supported, centralized logging, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and hardened infrastructure. Customer remains responsible for security of applications, access credentials, and Customer Content hosted in Revion systems.
6. International Transfers
Information processed through the Services may be transferred to or stored in jurisdictions where Revion or its subprocessors operate. By using the Services, users consent to such transfers subject to applicable laws.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or portable copies of personal information. Requests may be submitted by contacting us via our contact page at https://revion.com/company/contact/. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity.
8. Cookies and Tracking
This section describes revion.com, the website you are reading. It does not describe our customer portal at secure.revion.com, which is a separate application with its own session cookies, described where you log in.
This website sets one cookie of its own, and it is written only after you answer the cookie banner. We use one analytics product, Google Analytics 4, and it is loaded only if you allow the Analytics category in that banner. There is no Google Tag Manager, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Hotjar and no Microsoft Clarity. We add no advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking tag. There is no live chat. Our web fonts are served from our own servers, so displaying a page contacts no font network.
One page is an exception, and we would rather say so here than let you find it in a table. Our meeting request page at https://revion.com/meeting-request/ carries a booking calendar provided by Cal.com, and that calendar loads for every visitor as soon as the page opens, before and regardless of any answer to the cookie banner. That page exists to book a meeting and does nothing else, so a calendar that waited for your permission would leave it with nothing on it; we treat it as strictly necessary to that one page for the same reason we treat reCAPTCHA as strictly necessary to our forms. It sets four cookies, all of them on Cal.com’s own domains, all listed below. Everywhere else on this site, and on that page too, nothing else third-party is requested until you allow the category that controls it. On every other page of this website, opening it and reading it contacts nobody but us.

Three things on this website are served by other companies. Two of them wait for you. One of them does not, and it is named first so that it is not buried:
- Cal.com, which provides the booking calendar, and which is not behind a category at all. It is on our meeting request page and on no other page. It loads as soon as that page does, for every visitor, before you have answered the banner and whatever you answer. We have put it in the Essential category rather than behind a switch because that page has one purpose and the calendar is it. Cal.com loads the calendar in a frame of its own, and that frame is Cal.com’s page rather than ours, so it carries Cal.com’s own suppliers. We measured exactly one: Sentry, which Cal.com uses to collect its own error reports. Sentry stores nothing on your device. No advertising company, no social network and no analytics product is contacted, and no Google host is contacted at all. The four cookies the calendar sets are the four Cal.com rows in the table above; they are on cal.com and app.cal.com rather than on our domain. If you would rather not load it, do not open that page: everywhere it is linked from is an ordinary link, and the page itself carries the booking address, our telephone number and our email address in plain text under the calendar.
- Analytics, which controls Google Analytics 4. It counts page views and records which site or search sent you here, so that we can tell which pages earn their place. This is a plain gate and not a consent signal sent to Google: we do not load the tag in a restricted mode while you decide, and we do not send a cookieless or anonymized message on your behalf. While this category is off the tag is not in the page, neither cookie above is written, and nothing about your visit reaches Google from this site in any form. Declining does not anonymize your visit to Google. It means this site never tells Google about it. Once you allow the category, the tag also sends a request to stats.g.doubleclick.net, a Google advertising domain; that request is a part of Google Analytics 4 itself rather than an advertising tag we have added, nothing on this site uses it to advertise to you, and no such request is made while the category is off.
- YouTube, which controls embedded video. Video is embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, which withholds view-based ad personalization but still sets cookies once a video is loaded. No page on this site embeds a video at present, so allowing this category currently loads nothing and sets nothing. While this category is off, no video frame is created and no request is made to YouTube. Every video also carries a plain link to it on YouTube, so the content stays reachable whether or not you allow the category.
Essential is the third category, and it cannot be switched off. It holds the consent cookie, the disclosure of reCAPTCHA v3 below, and the booking calendar described above. There is no longer a Functional category: it existed to hold the previous booking widget, that widget is gone, and a switch that controls nothing is worse than no switch at all. Because the set of categories changed, the choice you made under the old set no longer applies and the banner will ask you once more.
reCAPTCHA v3. Our contact and quote forms are checked by Google reCAPTCHA v3, so that the inbox they feed stays usable. It is requested from Google at the moment you press the send button, and at no other time. A visitor who reads a page and leaves without submitting a form never contacts Google, and no reCAPTCHA cookie is set. Because the protection is only useful if it is present when a form is actually submitted, reCAPTCHA is disclosed here rather than placed behind a consent toggle.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, and doing so takes effect immediately. Withdrawing the Analytics category takes the measurement tag out of the page, stops it sending anything further, and deletes the _ga and _ga_T94F03YGES cookies it had set. The booking calendar is not one of the choices, so there is nothing there to withdraw; the four cookies it sets are on Cal.com’s domains rather than ours, so we cannot delete those for you. Three of the four are gone when you close your browser and the fourth expires in half an hour, and your browser settings can clear them sooner:
You can also delete the cookie in your browser, which returns the site to its starting state and asks you again on your next visit.
Earlier versions of this policy listed cookies belonging to the previous WordPress website, its consent plugin, its page builder and its form plugin. That platform has been replaced. None of those cookies are set any more, and the descriptions of them have been removed rather than left to look current.
9. Data Processing Agreements and Subprocessors
Customers processing personal data through Revion Services may request a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) and may request notices of updates to subprocessors. Requests may be submitted by contacting us via our contact page at https://revion.com/company/contact/.
10. California Resident Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and disclosure of categories of collected personal information. Residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Revion does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests may be submitted by contacting us via our contact page at https://revion.com/company/contact/. Revion may verify the identity of requestors before responding and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
11. GDPR and International Privacy Rights
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Revion processes personal data only when a lawful basis exists, including contract performance, legitimate interest, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations. Requests may be submitted by contacting us via our contact page at https://revion.com/company/contact/.
12. Changes to This Policy
Revion may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
